The biggest difference would basically be the personalized handling. Our clients have one person to deal with, one point of contact. In a larger organization, there are multiple people to deal with a client. When one of JS services client’s calls their person, all of their questions are answered. And, integrity wise, if we don’t do thinks right, we don’t even do it.
